This tag is part of the mission, Tagging Up Turf. The tag will be on that same wall of that building. After driving to the second spot in the mission, Sweet will drop you off in front of a building with a big mural of a woman on the side of it. It will be in the alleyway behind the previous house. It is on the building directly across the street from the first one. It is a tutorial on how to spray paint over rival Gang Tags and Sweet will actually do it for you. The reason for this is that the message saying you tagged it can pop up before you fully spray it, which means it counts in your stats, but it won’t count for your overall percentage.
It’s important that you spray each Tag completely, until you cannot target it anymore.
